Records and streaks

Your personal records live in the app, and a flame badge lights up on the Tracker.

Personal records and the training streak run automatically — you don't have to log anything special.

Personal records

When you complete a set that beats your previous best for that exercise, PowerPump marks it as a personal record. Two records are tracked:

  • Heaviest load — the biggest weight you lifted for at least one rep.
  • Best estimated one-rep max — an estimate based on the weight and reps of the set, so a heavy set of 3 can count as a PR even if it's not your absolute heaviest.

New PRs are highlighted in the session summary as soon as you save the last set. Top lifts of the month also appear in the monthly report your trainer prints.

The training streak

Complete a session on a given day and the streak counter goes up by one. The streak appears on the Tracker screen as a small flame badge with the current-streak number.

  • Current streak — days in a row you've trained.
  • Longest streak — your personal best.

Freezes

Every so often the app gives you a freeze — a free skip that keeps the streak alive when you miss a training day. The freeze is used automatically; you don't have to press anything.

Milestones

Hit a 30-day streak and PowerPump shows a share card so you can post it if you want.
