Check-ins and notifications

A weekly reminder to fill in your trainer's check-in questionnaire.

If your trainer has set up weekly check-ins, PowerPump reminds you when it's time to fill them in.

When you get reminded

Your trainer picks a day and hour. PowerPump schedules a local reminder on your phone for that moment.

The reminder only works if you allowed notifications when the app asked. You can check that in your phone's system settings under PowerPump → Notifications.

What the check-in looks like

Tap the notification, or open Check-ins from your profile. You'll see the questionnaire your trainer set — a bodyweight number, adherence questions, mood, sleep, whatever they included. Answer and submit.

Photos

If the questionnaire asks for progress photos, upload them from the same screen. Your trainer will see them alongside your answers.

Missing a week

If you miss the reminder, the check-in doesn't disappear — you can open it later in the week and fill it in. Your trainer sees whether it was submitted on time or late.

Turning off reminders

To stop the phone reminders without cancelling check-ins, disable notifications for PowerPump in your phone's system settings. The questionnaire stays available; only the alert goes away. To pause check-ins entirely, ask your trainer to turn them off from their side.

Privacy

Your answers are visible to you and to your trainer. If you want a full copy of what you've submitted, ask your trainer to export your data — see Data export.
