PTdash was built for a laptop and works on a phone too. Below a narrow screen width (about 480 pixels), the layout swaps to a phone-friendly view.
What changes on a phone
- Bottom navigation — Clients, Programs, Exercises, and Settings sit at the bottom of the screen.
- Stacked client pages — instead of side-by-side tabs, sections stack vertically.
- Bottom-sheet modals — dialogs slide up from the bottom.
- Touch-sized inputs — number fields and controls are big enough to hit with a thumb.
What you can do from the phone
- Check who's due a session.
- Reply to a chat message.
- Review a check-in.
- Send a program.
- Approve a next-week proposal.
- Print a program to PDF.
Tips
- Save PTdash to your home screen for a one-tap launch. On iOS Safari, use "Add to Home Screen"; on Android Chrome, use "Install app".
- The bottom navigation only appears at the narrower widths, so a tablet in landscape uses the desktop rail like a laptop.
