We store your PowerPump and PTdash data on Google Cloud (Firebase) servers in the United States. Google's standard contractual clauses apply to transfers from the European Union.
What that means in practice
- Your profile, programs, performed sessions, chats, and photos live on infrastructure operated by Google Cloud in the United States.
- When you use the app or PTdash from Europe, your data crosses the Atlantic to reach that infrastructure. Google's standard contractual clauses — the same ones used by most European services that store data with US cloud providers — govern that transfer.
- We don't operate our own servers. We don't sell your data. We don't use it to train third-party AI models.
Who can see your data
- You — always.
- Your trainer (if you have one) — the parts you share with them: programs they built for you, sessions you performed under those programs, chats with them, measurements, and check-in answers.
- Us — the smallest possible group of people at PowerPump who work on support and bug fixes, and only when needed to fix a problem or answer a question you sent us.
The paperwork
We keep those documents current. If something material changes, the app and PTdash surface a notice before you continue.
Requesting your data
You can request a copy of your data at any time — see Data export. You can also request deletion; see Deleting your account.
